Membership Eligibility

Membership Eligibility

You're eligible to join PBA Federal Credit Union if you fall into one of the following categories:

Military & Government Personnel

  • Active Military or Civilian Personnel of the U.S. Government working at Pine Bluff Arsenal
  • Military or Civilian Personnel of the U.S. Government working in Pine Bluff, AR (excluding U.S. Postal Service employees)
  • U.S. Army Military Personnel assigned as Recruiters or ROTC Instructors within the State of Arkansas
  • Employees of the Army Post Exchange at Pine Bluff Arsenal

Research & Scientific Organizations

  • Employees of the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) in Jefferson, AR
  • Employees of Stem International Inc., Bionetics, Pathology Associates, NVT Technologies Inc., and R.O.W. Sciences, Inc. working under contract in Jefferson, AR for NCTR
